Maulina Nurgul Khasankizi is a Candidate of Economic Sciences, born on December 17, 1979, in Akzhigit village, Beineu district, Mangystau region. She is a poet, a member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy. In 1996, she graduated with honors from M. Begenov Secondary School. In 2000, she graduated from KazMBA (Narhoz) University in Almaty with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2009, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. From 2000 to 2017, she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Audit at Sh. Esenov KMTIU. From 2017 to 2019, she served as an associate professor at the Department of Management at Narhoz University, and from 2019 to 2025, she has been serving as an acting associate professor at the Department of Business Technologies at KazNU. She is the author of textbooks such as "The Budget System of the Republic of Kazakhstan," "Budget System RK," "Labor Resource Management," and "Quality Logistics," as well as more than 50 scientific articles and teaching materials. Her poetry collections include "Urshyk" (2014), "Ai Syrgaly Ak Shagyl" (2018), "Botam Menin, Burymyn Qimashy" (2023), and "Zer" (2024).
